1. How is warranty work handled?

After your installation you will be provided paperwork to complete for your warranty.  Each manufacturer has limited lifetime warranties. Your warranty is through the manufacturer although Southwest Window Treatments will handle and coordinate your warranty work if necessary.

 

2. Do you sell exterior shutters for homes?

No, not at this time. All of our window covering treatments are for interior use only. The shutter solutions we currently offer are supplied by Graber, Vista and Alumacore.

 

3. Are in-home consultations free?

In home consultations are complimentary for a certain geographical area in southwest Florida. If outside this area in home consultations may still available for a small travel charge.

 

4. How far do you service?

Our current clients have taken us as far north as Springhill and as far south as Fort Myers and as far east as Lakeland. Being mobile we can truly service any area.

 

5. What brands do you carry?

We shop around diligently every year to ensure we are bringing our customers the best quality products at the most competitive price points. The window covering solutions we currently offer are supplied by Graber, J. Geiger, Vista and Alumacore.

 

6. Mobile Service vs. Store Front?

With an in-home consultation we can narrow down the best-suited window covering product solution for you. There are a wide variety of options and can be overwhelming and not all blinds, shades, shutters are feasible for every window. This eliminates getting quotes on products that may not an option before the final measurement appointment.

 

7. Is there a store front?

Currently Southwest FL Window Treatments is a shop at home service so we can guide customers to the right window covering solutions based on their home décor, lifestyle needs, window operations and placement. We know this allows for personalized customer service and accurate quotes. Soon a show room will be available to the public to view product lines, swatches and working models.

 

8. What is your turn around time?

Southwest FL Windows Treatments average a 3 week turnaround time. Sometimes this may be longer depending on custom options and manufacturers. This includes all mini blinds, verticals, 2" faux wood blinds, zebra blinds, roller shades, panel tracks, roman shades, wood shutters, sheer shades, honeycomb / cellular shades, shutters, and more. Installers work Monday- Saturday to ensure a convenient day and time for our customers.
